1. Payment Arrangement

The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the total fee as specified in the invoice issued by Sam Symoon. This fee includes all services outlined in the agreement, as well as any applicable transportation and lodging costs.
Transportation: For sessions conducted outside Copenhagen Municipality, the Client shall cover all transportation expenses incurred. These costs will be itemized on the final invoice.
Lodging: If overnight accommodation is required to complete the agreed-upon photography session, the Client agrees to cover lodging expenses, with a minimum fee of 1,500 DKK, payable at the time of the session.
Additional Hours: Any additional coverage beyond the contracted session time will be charged at a rate of 1,650 DKK per hour (or part thereof). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments are due in full on or before the scheduled session date.

The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all photographs created during the commissioned session, worldwide and in perpetuity.
The Client is granted a license to use the delivered digital files for personal, non-commercial purposes, including personal printing, social media, and personal websites.
The Photographer retains the right to use the images for portfolio, advertising, and promotional purposes.
Privacy Option: If the Client prefers that images not be used for promotional purposes, this may be arranged. Requests made prior to signing incur no additional charge. Requests made after signing are subject to a fee of 30% of the total package price.

All image sizes are approximate. While every effort is made to ensure accurate and pleasing color balance, exact reproduction may vary due to lighting conditions and differences in display screens.
The Client acknowledges and appreciates that the Photographer’s artistic style—including composition and color interpretation—is a defining element of the work and is accepted as part of the service.

In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the session or provide a qualified replacement. The Client will be informed promptly.
Client Rescheduling: The Client may reschedule the session by providing at least seven (7) days’ notice. A rescheduling fee of 50% of the session fee applies. If less than 7 days’ notice is given, payments made may be forfeited.

The Photographer will ensure that any third-party permissions agreed upon in advance are respected. For all other locations, designs, or permissions, the Client is responsible for securing the necessary approvals and agrees to indemnify the Photographer against any resulting claims.

In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation, the Photographer’s liability shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
