How to Prepare for your Editorial Session

A successful session is built on a shared vision. This guide is designed to help you prepare your mind and your wardrobe for a timeless experience in Copenhagen.

Phase 01

The Aesthetic & Wardrobe

For an editorial look, I recommend neutral tones and timeless silhouettes. Avoid heavy patterns or large logos that distract from the emotion of the moment. Think of pieces that feel like an extension of your personality, but elevated.

Phase 02

The Art of Timing

Copenhagen light is unique—soft, low, and often moody. I schedule most sessions during the 'Golden Hour' (one hour before sunset) or at sunrise to capture that ethereal glow. If the weather turns 'Danish' (rainy), embrace it; the cobblestones look stunning when wet.

Mindset & Connection

My shooting style is built on connection, not stiff poses. Come to the session ready to interact with each other. Walk, talk, and laugh as if I’m not there. I will guide you into the best light, but the emotion must be yours.
